OUR STORY
Named for what's left behind.
Hades Hollow started at a workbench, not a boardroom. We work almost entirely in bone — an old, honest material that most jewelry has forgotten. Every piece we sell is carved, hollowed, and finished by hand, one at a time, by people whose names we know.
The Material
Bone has been carved into jewelry for as long as humans have made jewelry at all. We chose it because it's honest: it takes a polish and holds detail like few materials can, it wears beautifully with age, and — unlike most metals and stones sold today — we can trace exactly where every piece of it came from.
No two pieces of bone are identical, which means no two pieces of Hades Hollow jewelry are either. That variation isn't a flaw. It's the point.
ETHICAL SOURCING
How we source our bone.
Naturally Shed
Antler is collected only after it's naturally shed. No animal is harmed to source it.
Byproduct Bone
Bone comes as a byproduct from small, local farms already raising animals for food — nothing is sourced solely for jewelry.
Fully Local
Every supplier is within our home region. We visit them. We know where every piece begins.
The Workshop
Every order is carved to order by our small team, so please allow a little extra time before your piece ships — it's worth the wait. If you have questions about a specific piece, a custom request, or where your bone came from, we'd love to hear from you.
